Old wooden boats, which look like a scene from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean, appear every now and then off the coast of Japan, and nobody knows their destination or the reason for their appearance. Numbering from October 12 until the ship loaded with bones and skulls of twenty bodies.

Besides skulls fishing nets, and letters written in Korean that were also found there are two explanations first they may belong to North Korean defectors from the ruling dictatorial political system. The second explanation is that vessels belonging to farmers who were lost in the sea.

Japan made the second interpretation, which considers that vessels belonging to farmers and fishermen because the North Korean regime does not allow them to produce large quantities of food.

These ships lack the necessities of life at sea or geographical identification system, which is very small, and maybe the crew starved which lead to them ending on the shores of Japan.
