Ten days have passed since the Government’s scandal regarding the trash deportation file.

Ten days passed peacefully, as if no scandal has taken place, no deportation, no promises, or assurances from officials. This period has passed, with not one sane person from outside the government, accepting its happening.

Ten days have passed since officially turning the deportation file, but the Lebanese people have not yet received any apology from officials in the government accusing people who said this was a scandal. These were right, as the evidence they revealed proves.

Trash is still on our streets, and no judicial action has been made yet to question what has happened in the fraud “deal”. No monitoring systems have asked whoever dealt with the file about the truth around what has happened, and neither did the Cabinet act responsibly towards people.

Country of scandals…

Time has a large cost, so does the health… Also, violating the law has a cost and a punishment. According to what was circulated, fraud is still a crime, so is bribery and influence peddling. Likely, not saying a word on the catastrophe which took place, and the failure in treating the continuous waste file.

As if nothing has happened in the country… and as if nothing is driving the government to act, and in what direction exactly? Knowing that the road to resignation is perhaps so much better than the political and constitutional warnings.

It’s the “trash Government” and it deserves its label regarding all the accomplishments it has made in the trash file, especially that it has turned the country to a large dumpster carelessly.

Trash Government… amazing…
