For a successful diet, it is generally recommended to limit sugars, cereals, legumes such as peas, beans, etc. Also avoid fried foods, processed, as well as grilled meats (especially the barbecued meats). To eliminate the fat it is important to drink plenty of water (at least 1.5 litres of water daily to promote drainage and remove toxins). It is also important to avoid soft drinks, sugary and alcoholic beverages, that are considered harmful to health.
