For a successful diet, it is generally recommended to limit sugars, cereals, legumes such as peas, beans, etc. Also avoid fried foods, processed, as well as  grilled meats  (especially the barbecued meats). To eliminate the fat it is important to drink plenty of water (at least 1.5 litres of water daily to promote drainage and remove toxins). It is also important to avoid soft drinks, sugary and alcoholic beverages, that are considered harmful to health.

It is not always easy to change eating habits overnight and regain a healthy diet, without falling back into the old ways! Often the problem with drastic diets is that after losing weight, it quickly gives in to the old demons succumbing again, hence the yo-yo effect. Result: the  kilos  end up back very quickly.

In what concerns the gluten-free diet, it is recommended in case of  celiac disease  even though many non-allergic people have decided to ban gluten from their diet by avoiding wheat, bread, cakes, pastries, etc.  In fact, the consumption of bread is often linked to poor digestion, gas and bloating, intestinal pain, etc.
