Infused ice or fruit in ice-cubes contain less calories than ice-cream, but are so tasty as well. The good thing about them is that they are healthier.

 

They are also very easy to make:

  • Choose your favorite fruit/vegetables, simply juice, chop, dice, OR puree in a high speed blender.

  • Pour juice//puree, or whole fruits, into an ice cube tray and freeze.
