It’s unbelievable that in the nuclear era, some officials are unable to find a solution for the trash crisis

Everything is surprising in this country

There hasn’t been a budget for 11 years, and expenses are increasing

The country has been without a president for the past 2 years

We do not have a parliament to legislate, knowing that it has extended its mandate without any elections… That’s double headache!

The Constitution is a mob, and those in authority compete in who violates it the most. At the same time, they compete on who is more keen on the Taif.

There isn’t any sane person, or observer, who has not dwelled on the madness and rudeness in the way the crisis is addressed since the famous decision; it is Lebanon’s superfluous oil.

Sharing its profits has become the right of bankrupt leaders

If those forgot, their first duty is to provide the service of lifting wastes from the streets before winning its profits

A failed and flawed plan was replaced by a scandal then a rude plan to share quotas, and after those, came a mountain of lies

Added to these… deceit, hypocrisy, corruption and violation of laws and regulations, and the logic of the books of conditions, in addition to administrative procedures and negotiation, pricing and monitoring

The result is failure after another!

Lectures on chastity and diligence on the environment and high morals, while the deals’ and bribes’ prices are known by number, and by mediators, beneficiaries, whether direct or indirect.

A Plan against the plans’ logic will only lead to crisis after another, and it might also explode every now and then, because it’s not a solution, and it will not be, no matter how clever those in charge of it were.

In the last spot in the globe, people were able to find a solution for wastes, and in the civilized world, this sector has become a science,

Many Arabs and Lebanese are renowned for their contributions in this science, in major big and clean cities

So where is the secret in failure?

Solutions … are choices taken by officials, but before that, there are rules and regulations, and respecting the law tops all of them; that rudeness regarding quotas

Corruption is usually the beautified term for theft and robbery here, and here we mean stealth by its financial, health and environmental sense
