According to a study making the bed creates a whole habitat for certain arachnids who love swimming in the humidity of our night sweats.

According to Stephen Pretlove, one of the authors of this study in London, on a bed they inhabit, and so itsounds like a commercial for mattresses, 1.5 millionmites , beings of approximately one millimeter and a half long whose hobby shitting non – stop where we slept.

Contrary to what we thought was a good example of paternal cleaning, the study says Pretlove hang bed to rise again equals tucking these loathsome arachnids to follow in their micro virulent party.

“Something as simple as getting out of bed and leave itunmade during the day can remove moisture from the sheets and mattress so the mites will dehydrate and eventually die , ” said Dr. Pretlove.

In this vein, according to findings by Stephen Pretlove, strict rigor of bed every morning lying not only prevents the death of these small beings, also favors creating a viral space and strengthening them. It is worth noting that the presence of mites can cause problems for asthmatics -more- and episodes of insomnia .
