A Health Ministry statement said the first complaint was filed by Bashir Amaairat against Dr. Ramzi Sh. The complaint accused the doctor of performing an operation that led to the paralysis and malfunction of some parts of his body. The second complaint was filed by Sawsan Halawi against Dr.Charbel M. over an alleged medical mistake during her father’s surgery which resulted in the paralysis of one half of his body. The Health Ministry sent a follow up statement confirming that Dr. Charbel had been cleared of any medical malpractice after investigations were carried out on Halawi’s complaint. Separately, Abu Faour forwarded investigations conducted by theMinistry of Health to the Lebanese Dental Association against Ibrahim Dheini, who is accused of impersonating a dentist in Tyre.
