The citizens of the city of Fushun in the Chinese province of Guangdong encountered an unusual phenomenon in the city’s sky, huge buildings’ shapes rising above the clouds. This phenomenon has also been seen in Jiangxi province, where in both cases the population was able to see the shape of buildings in the sky only for a few minutes before they disappear in the clouds. There are conflicting views on the Internet, and some favored the existence of another world while others think that the plot of this phenomenon is only a myth. But what happened in reality is only an optical illusion called Fata Morgana, which is a reflection of the buildings in the clouds for environmental reasons related to the weather condition. When hot and cold air layers overlap, and overwhelm the first to the second, do not break light rays that pass through directly. It was very weird in terms of the situation itself but when science came into account it made a lot of sense causing people stop being frightened. Due to the fact that normally people are afraid from the unknown, the reveal of the truth was the main reason why people understood what happened.
