Scientists at Stony Brook University in New York have revealed that the rapid pace of modern life and its consequences cause 90 percent of cancer cases.

Poor diet: It is the main form of cancer, there is 30% of cancer diseases that are caused by poor diet. A poor diet is a product of junk food intake, Ajinomoto, red meat, fats, too much caffeine, saturated fat, milk (cow), low in fiber diet, etc. This poor diet accompanied by physical inactivity and overweight leads to be at risk of contracting several types of cancer. People who carry a high-fat diet are at increased risk of developing colon, uterine and prostate cancer. The lack of physical activity and overweight are risk factors for developing breast cancer, colon, esophagus, kidney and uterus.

lack of physical exercise: propensity to obesity: the sedentary person does not spend the fats you eat and these are stored in areas such as the abdomen, which increases its volume. Contrary to popular belief, it reduced the amount of food with fat diets volume is reduced, the diets without a sport regime all they do is to activate these “fat stores”. A diet without sport is doomed. Bone weakness: the lack of physical activity causes the bones lose strength and become weak, which can lead to bone diseases such as osteoporosis, manifested in a weakening of the bones. Tiredness immediately to any activity that requires physical exertion such as climbing stairs, walking, lifting or running. The increased volume of fat in the body also implies the cholesterol in which the arteries and veins also become unusable fat stores, causing blood flow to the heart is smaller and therefore have to make a double effort . From this comes the heart and fatigue problems for any effort. Back problems that generate frequent pains. Propensity to muscle tears … ..

Stress: Different studies have tried to find a relationship between stress and cancer but has not succeeded in establishing a bond between them.

If it is true that the continued stress, what we might call “bad stress” can alter our immune system that would not adequately defend against external aggression.

polluted air: The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a WHO agency, classified air pollution in the carcinogenic category “safe”, said Thursday in Geneva director Christopher Wild in conference press. These were the conclusions reached by the experts, gathered for several days in the city of Lyon (west central France), who analyzed the findings of many studies around the world. “The results of the studies point to the same address: the risk of developing lung cancer increases significantly in people exposed to air pollution, “said Dr. Dana Loomis, IARC.

Throughout their investigation the researchers studied the genetic “fingerprints” of various types of cancer to try to determine the dependence of the disease by external factors. They concluded that nearly 90 percent of the most common cancers is caused by lifestyle. The polluted air, UV radiation, stress, diet and lack of exercise are risk factors.

The conclusion is clear: the more healthy living, the less chance you have of getting sick. The practice of sport, not smoking and eating a balanced diet will help to prevent certain cancers
