We continue to monitor the results of the Paris conference to find out what is necessary to achieve 1.5 degrees Celsius, and if decisions will be legally binding. Everyone talks about the positive spirit shown by the Committee of Paris, but is what we will celebrate the agreement simply because it contains a reference to the 1.5 degree without asking if it includes implementation mechanisms (funding, transparency, capacity building …)? Where are the schedules for the implementation of the conventions?

Japan, which became the third polluting countries in the world, comes in the same period of holding of the conference use coal exported from China in the thermal power plant “Nikoto”, employing justifications as it is three times less expensive than fossil energy (oil and gas) .How this is possible even though everyone knows the Third Conference of Parties held in Japan in the city of Kyoto and the effort made by the Japanese government to find a mechanism called Clean Development Mechanism, which is based on the use of renewable energy and that was followed by the emergence of a world-famous market to sell carbon?

Is that the world has forgotten what happened in Germany in the wake of the tragedies of acid rain when the Black Forest was burnt as a result of the use of coal that contains a proportion of sulfur dioxide up to 15000 ppm. Note that the global average sulfur dioxide in the air is only 50 ppm in all fuel used in cities.

The current thinking is concentrated in the environmental protection field in order to create a waste treatment mechanism and emissions from their training.

This requires a transition towards preventive methodology based on the application of cleaner production methods to prevent pollution before its formation.

Cleaner production is a way to manage and improve the image and reputation of the industry and improve efficiency, making the actions of the capital less damaging to the environment.

Financial institutions interested to guide clients on work, taking into account the supply pressures, future legislation, licensing and market trends.

And despite the growing interest in cleaner technology requires that West Asian countries even more significantly benefit from the experience of industrialized countries.

This is mainly due to the lack of information on garbage reduction techniques, weakness in the sources of funding, lack of technical experts, the opposition of the administration regarding the use of those which may result in changes that could cause confusion in the workplace, as well as weakness in the investment policy measures in such technology.

It is necessary to influence the environmental work that impact the new industrial activities in the region and identify potential problems and correct measures to control pollution, especially in industries that produce hazardous waste.

Signs of environmental impact assessment can encourage to find a true environmental planning for future industrial development.
