The adrenaline rush we get from adventure is priceless for adrenaline junkies. However, some places, which might be the scariest ever, make the best memories which people will remember for years.

Bungee Jumping of the Macau Tower

It’s billed as the world’s highest bungee jump! Any adrenaline junkie is guaranteed a rush when leaping off the platform on the side of the building. While plummeting downward you get an amazing view of this busy city and the water beyond. You’re free-falling at extreme speeds for four to five seconds, and you land on a specially designed airbag.

Swimming With Whales

The sound vibrates through your body, as you float quietly in the water. It’s the song of a humpback whale swimming toward you.

2

Fly High Piloting a Jet Fighter

Take a pilot’s seat in a two-seater English Electric Lightning, the fighter that flies high enough to see the curvature of the earth. Or, experience air-to-air combat in the Hawker Hunter, which can do loops that will have you fighting almost 4 G-forces. These are just two of the experiences that will get your adrenaline flowing. They are available at Thunder City in Cape Town, South Africa.

Ride the Olympic bobsled at Park City

Park City hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics and today, you’ll get an adrenaline rush while zooming down the bobsled run in Olympic Park. During the wild ride, you’ll rip through 15 turns, go downhill at almost 80 miles-per-hour, and experience up to 5 G’s of force. Rides are available summer and winter.

Scuba Diving in Cenotes in Mexico

The light you’re holding while scuba diving in cenotes, limestone sinkholes that permeate the earth in Mexico’s Rivera Maya, illuminate the rock formations formed centuries ago. If you don’t want to scuba dive into the places like the Bat Cave system (where reportedly, parts of the IMAX film “Journey into amazing Caves” were filmed), there are more open caves. Snorkelers can also swim in Dos Ojos or similar cenotes.

Mule Ride on Molokai, Hawaii

Be glad you’re on a sure-footed mule, especially when the animal cranks itself around the tight corners on the one-mule wide trail on a nearly-vertical 1,800-foot cliff leading down to the water. The adrenaline rush comes when you peer over the edge to see the ocean so far below. The goal: to reach Kalaupapa on Molokai, Hawaii, the former leper colony for a tour.

Volcano Surfing on a Volcano

Surfing down the side of a volcano on a wood plank isn’t the same as surfing in the ocean. Expect to get dirty, and maybe even a few abrasions if you fall off the board, but those who’ve done say it’s a true adrenaline rush.
