Lebanon said on Saturday it would temporarily reopen a landfill to ease an eight-month rubbish crisis as thousands of people demonstrated in Beirut against the waste pile-up.As the cabinet met, around 3,000 demonstrators marched to central Beirut demanding a permanent solution to the crisis.
