If the minimum responsibility was provided, Lebanon wouldn’t have drowned in wastes for 8 months, knowing that it needs years to remove its health and environmental effects.

If the minimum commitment to the law was provided from those who pretend that they are protecting it, the crisis wouldn’t have exploded in the first place, neither would it have been solved in this way as well.

Officially, no one knows why it exploded? How it was solved? Is it a temporary or permanent solution? Did anyone benefit from what happened, and are there any beneficiaries today?

During the crisis, real players were revealed, or interfaces for players, and the adventure was launched with all its aspects. On the other hand, the issue of regulating the sector was re-opened, in addition to developing, and modernizing it, or reverting it years back as all the other sectors, with the service and the cost difference.

No one has a magical solution or a complete environmental solution for the transitional phase, but the basis of the solution should be compatible to the health, environmental, and economic standards. This is a possible issue, but the obstacles facing it are the same which are preventing building a state, establishing institutions, in addition to providing electricity, water, and transportation.

Those controlling the country and its resources are the same in all sectors, and in the state, even if their contribution in crimes differed.

In the waste sector, there is an insistence on the political class’ innocence and the demonization of others, why? A question which lies in its answer knowing the secret of fabricating the crisis, the secret of its continuity, and the secret of the proposed solutions, and if they were going to live or die!
