How do we know that we are plastic addicts? This might seem strange at first, but once you realize the amount of plastic prevailing in our daily lives, you will know that we are walking plastic beings; addicts.
The sea food we eat, most of it, has been subject to plastic. Our clothes are put in plastic bags, shopping is translated in the bags at least. All our plastic boxes we use to store food fill our fridge. Even shoes have become made of plastic, not only that, but they are the trend as well.

Did you know that once plastic reaches the ocean, will stay there for thousands of years? It will break down into micro particles that find their way into the systems of nearly every marine organism.
This is not a strange talk, since throwing plastic in the ocean is abundant all over the world, and it is really harming the sea, therefore harming marine organisms, and harming us, humans.
While you might refuse to be called a “plastic addict”, you have to make some changes in the consumerism you might be experiencing on a daily basis without knowing it.
What about less plastic? And eco-friendlier materials? For you… and for the environment.
