Banana contains three natural sugars; sucrose, fructose and glucose. It is also rich in protein, fiber, phosphorus, iron, vitamins and minerals. Energetic and rich in water, generally the banana is important for the proper functioning of the body.

Here is a list of the 13 greatest benefits of bananas.
Depression: bananas contain tryptophan, a protein that the body converts into serotonin. Serotonin is known to be an excellent natural relaxant. Therefore, consume bananas helps to have a good emotional state, feel happier and therefore greatly diminish depression.

Concentration: this fruit is strong in potassium, a vital mineral, which promotes concentration and learning as it makes them more alert pupils.

Nerves: Bananas are rich in vitamin B, which helps to relax the nervous system.

Stress: the potassium in bananas can send oxygen to the brain and keep a normal pulse. At a time of stress, lack of oxygen tends to increase the pulse to quicken and potassium to decrease. A banana will help you regulate everything.
