This is the village of Igloolik, located in Nunavut in northern Canada, where they live mainly hunters. The “buzz” frightens the animals but do not know the cause of sound.

The member of the local legislature ensures that they do not know where the noise is coming and that the most serious is that scares the animals in the area.
