Eurasian Wren
The Eurasian Wren has long toes and strong claws that allow it to climb up tree trunks. To get back down, it has to use its wings. It has tiny round wings, and flies short distances very quickly.
Three little Coal Tits
The Coal Tit, which is characterized by its black head and white breast, is found across large parts of central Europe. It grows to a length of slightly under eleven centimeters and weighs between eight and ten grams.
Common redpoll
The common redpoll is a songbird that is largely found in Scandinavia, Ireland, Scotland and Alpine regions. It survives well in colder climates, and builds its nest low down in trees or bushes. 
The great tit
The great tit is the largest and most widespread bird in the tit family. This little songbird is commonly found in Europe, but is also at home in the Middle East and in parts of Asia. 
Little robin redbreast
Two robins sit on either side of a marsh tit and a coal tit. Robins, which are often less shy than many species of bird, are particularly popular among people. They live in North Africa, Europe, Asia Minor and the Mediterranean islands. 
The fieldfare
The fieldfare is a member of the thrush family, and can be found anywhere between Scotland and Siberia. The English name is thought to date back to the eleventh century word feldefare, meaning traveller through the fields. 
Likes small, dark spaces
The Eurasian wren is the third smallest bird in Europe, and is known for its long song. It likes to roost in cavities, holes or even old nests, either alone, or in winter, in groups for greater warmth. 
The European stonechat
The quaintly named European stonechat was only classified as a species in its own right in 2002. These short-distance migrants are found on heathland, coastal dunes or rough grassland. Artist Hendrik Jonas named this one „Bert“. 
Black redstart
The black redstart, which is a member of the Old World flycatcher family, once inhabited stony mountain ground. In more recent times, it has adapted its habitat to include urban areas with cliff-like characterstics.
